3. Are you cleaning teams pet friendly?

4. How are prices determined/Dallas House cleaning Rates?

First Time Cleanings:
$35.00 per hour / per person (price includes tools + supplies). Minimum 2 hours service charge plus sales tax: Team of 2 people for 2 hours = $140.00 + sales tax.

Subscription/Recurring Services:
Price is determined by 2 factors after the First Time Cleaning:

  1. The information-data of your home that was received in our Book now Page, and
  2. Input of the team that comes to cleans your home for that First Time.
  • Price includes all tools + supplies.

5. Do I have to be present on the First Time Cleaning?

No, absolutely not…it’s your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of the free time. Gmaids.com is here to make your life easier.

6. Is your service Guaranteed?

Absolutely! If not satisfied we will take the time to re-evaluate and re-clean within 24hrs. But more important to we will ask you to clarify your expectations of our service to accurately meet them :)

7. Are you insured?

Yes, we are! If you need proof of insurance simply email us to hello@gmaids.com and we’ll gladly email you with proper documentation.

8. How long it will take to clean my house?

First Time Cleanings do take more time than a Subscription Service since a deeper cleaning with more tasks is performed (check services page for list of tasks). Here’s a chart that will help you determine the approximate time and price.

These are average times based on years of experience, but may change based on the actual condition of the house. Please if you have a time limit, let us know before your appointment date. And remember, no matter how big or small the house is there’s a minimum of 2 hours service charge ($140+sales tax).

9. How many people will come to clean my house?

A Team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed.

10. When do I pay you?

On the service date. If you’re a new customer, the cleaning Team will leave an Invoice for you to pay online. If you decide (we know you will :) to Subscribe to recurring service, we’ll create an Auto-billing payment schedule with your credit card or e-check to facilitate processes.

Oh yes!…we understand things change, and if you need to change your schedule, it’s no problem (no fees or hidden surprises) simply call or email us to find the next available spot. We’re happy to leave your home sparkling for that in laws last minute visit!

Who provides the cleaning products & vacuum?

We provide all the Eco-Friendly cleaning products, supplies & vacuum. The only supplies you’ll provide will be your preferred brand & size of trash bags, and either 2 rolls of paper towels or 5 clean terry towel rags (preferred).

I’m returning customer…Do I have to complete the book now form?

No, simply email us with dates/times that work for you and we’ll email you back within minutes
confirming your booking.

Coupons

Apply only at the time of booking, not at the time of making your payment in our website.
How a coupon code is valid? A coupon code is valid only at the time of booking for your first time cleaning and must be entered in the comments section. Two promotions can’t be used together :)

Are you an affordable maid service?

Our service is highly detailed, consistent and affordable at the same time. The best alternative to national franchises. Save between 15% to 20% of your current price.

When do I pay you?

On the service date. If you’re a new customer, the cleaning Team will leave an Invoice for you to pay online. If you decide (we know you will :) to Subscribe to recurring service, we’ll create an Auto-billing payment schedule with your credit card or e-check to facilitate processes.

Can I pay for maid services online?

Yes, that’s actually our preferred method. We accept mayor credit cards (visa, mastercard, discover, amex) and e-checks. To make a payment go to Online Payments and follow the instructions.

How can I get a statement of my account/payments I’ve made?

Can I tip the cleaning teams?

Oh Yes! You can tip them directly or add the amount to the payment and we’ll forward it to them.

What if I leave the door locked (lockouts) by mistake and your crew comes?

Oops! Please be aware that this means our teams will be driving back and forth around town and dealing with an empty window of 3-5 working hours. A $35.00 fee will be applied.

How would you access my home?

There are several options, you can be there, leave a key hidden in safe place or leave an open door (back, front, garage). Once we leave we’ll lock the same door and leave your key in the same place (if applies).

Would you clean an extra area that is not part of the cleaning program for me?

Yes. That is why we are a personalized service. Just ask us to!

How many people will come to clean my house?

A Team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed.

I have a lot of collectibles and ‘knick-knacks,’ how do you clean or handle them?

We dust all surfaces and items except collectibles or fine china inside cabinets. If you’d like those dusted as well, let us know and we’ll take care of it. Please ask for an Add-On Service for Organizing for which pricing goes by the hour.

Is your service Guaranteed?

Absolutely! If not satisfied we will take the time to re-evaluate and re-clean as soon as possible. But more important to we will ask you to clarify your expectations of our service to accurately meet them.

No, once you subscribe to a regular cleaning the price is fixed and at a lower rate.

What makes you different that a franchised maid or the independent cleaner I can find?

We’re a blend of the two, offering the best of each one. Explain that! Yes, we’re around 10% to 20% lower in pricing than brick and mortar franchises, we’ll send the same cleaning team to your house 90% of the time & we’re protected (insured) better than independent cleaners. Are you licensed?

In the state of Texas an Maid/Residential service providers DO NOT need a License to operate.

So beware of Maid/Cleaning services of companies who claim to be licensed. The only requirement to operate legally is to collect state taxes that are paid to the State Comptroller in Austin. …and we DO so, we collect sales taxes. If you need to see out registration and status with the State email us and we´ll forward it to you.

Why did you change the company name from BioClean Maid Service to GreenMaids.org and then Gmaids.com?

It was a tough decision since BioClean Maid Service (BioCleanMaid.com) was born on Dec 2004 and all publicity and recognition was under its original name. But after deciding that GreenMaids.org was way relevant and quicker to understand, we sent out a survey for our Customers. They voted, and clearly GreenMaids.org had the best feedback among other tentative brand names. So we had a winner! “GreenMaids” …then after trying to register the trademark with the USPTO our lawyer said that will have conflict with other registered names…so after a lot of research and many hours of branding consulting we arrive a Gmaids, which we like more, it’s shorter and easier to remember.

Will the service be the same?
