To Serve You Better:

First Time Cleaning Specials:

Gmaids.com will honor our monthly specials via our website but reserve the right to add monies to the final price of all cleanings considered as heavy or inappropriate to the original description submitted at booking.

Pricing:

First Time Cleanings:
$30.00 per hour / per person (price includes tools + supplies). Minimum 2 hours service charge plus sales tax: Team of 2 people for 2 hours = $120.00 + sales tax.

Recurring Services:
Price is determined by 2 factors after the First Time Cleaning:

  1. The information-data of your home that was received in our Contact Page, and
  2. Input of the team that comes to cleans your home for that First Time.
  • Price includes tools + supplies.

On a Budget Customers

Please note that on any first time cleaning including move in/out, the company will work for the necessary time in order to complete the cleaning tasks, if for some reason you want to have a set limit on your cleaning (i.e. 3 hrs of service which equals $180.00 plus sales tax, with 2 team members) please do so before accepting the appointment. Otherwise we can not accept less payment based on the charts by sq/ft located in FAQ’s section or email communications.

Pets & Animals

Please secure your pets appropriately (i.e. travel crate or kennel). We are kind to your pets, but Company can not be responsible for them.

Redos & Complaints

Any complaints or notices regarding the service performed by Gmaids.com have to be reported to the company within 24 to 48 hours from the date the service has been completed, this, for any redo’s to be valid and considered. These reports should be sent to hello@gmaids.com with the customer’s name, address, contact information, date of service performed, and detailed description of each complaint or notice. Please note that any property or home that has not been properly maintained for an extended length of time will be subdued to revision of the Company’s management team before any redo is scheduled.

Time Windows-Appointment

We reserve the right to arrive for scheduled appointments within the 90 minute windows provided. For example, if your cleaning is scheduled for arrival between 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, our Team will arrive between that 90 minute window. This allows us to create routes according to home locations.

Safety & Confidentiality

Should any member of your household require the use of syringes, please insure that they are disposed of safely. Any secure container like a coffee can, can be used to store used syringes and/or needles prior to final disposal. Any unexpected stab by an insecure needle can pose serious health concerns to our staff. Please be sure that any confidential or potentially illegal documents or substances are put away before the cleaning team arrives.

Customers Subscribed to Recurring Service

Prices are good for up to 1 year (12 months) since your First Time Cleaning.

Customers not Subscribed to Recurring Service

Any home not subscribed to recurring services is considered a First Time Cleaning.

Lock Outs

A $35.00 fee will be assessed in the event that our teams arrive and are unable to access the premises.

Late Cancellations

Any appointment cancelled in less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a $30.00 cancellation fee.

Returned Check or Credit Card Fee

A $30.00 fee will be assessed for all cancelled or returned checks and declined payments.

Electronic Check Conversion

When you pay your bill by check, you authorize us to either use the information from your check
to make a one-time electronic funds transfer from your account or to process the payment as a
check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer,
funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your payment, and you
will not receive your check back from the bank. Returned checks may be represented electronically.

Collections Fee

A $30.00 fee will be assessed for all monies owed that must go to our collections office after 30 days of the service date.

Coupons

Apply only at the time of booking, not at the time of making your payment in our website.
How a coupon code is valid? A coupon code is valid only at the time of booking for your first time cleaning and must be entered in the comments section. Two promotions can’t be used together :)

Schedule Changes

All schedule changes are handled directly with the company (through hello@gmaids.com or calling 214.677.5442), not with the Team that cleans the home. This helps avoid compromising to unavailable times since the team does not have full access to the company schedule system.
